Blonde hair is amazing but sometimes the up keep can get too much hassle! For Libby's client that was the case and she wanted a change. When her client came into salon her roots were growing out and she decided to opt to go back to a natural brunette. Libby started with preparing the hair with a prepping for an even colour and then worked on deepening the hair to a Mocha Tea with a deeper root for detail. We are really excited to be stocking Evo hair styling products back in salon and Libby used them today to style Elaines! Have you had enough of your hair and fancy a change, This season is the perfect time to change so if you're up for it we are here to help!

Calling Misses Jones!

So today we welcomed a new staff to our team, everyone meet Kirsty Jones! Kirsty has joined our team from working in surrounding salons in Norwich and has a lot of experience.  Since joining the industry in 2006 she has trained with the Paul Standen-May and has graduated as a master colour expert with Wella Professional in April this year..

Today in salon she transformed her client Eve who has her hair a little bit mistreated in the past. When she came into the salon her hair was very rooted and light and needed some Autumn richness.

Colour corrections are a great way to get back to natural but by no means does that mean your hair has to be a flat shade. 

When Pauls client came into the salon her hair had been cleansed twice to try and remove a black colour that was previously applied.. After these services her hair was left with intense banding and was beaming an intense raw orange so she decided to book a consultation with Paul at The Egg. After a session with Paul Standen-May her hair was transformed into a lovely highlighted natural brunette that was multi-tonal and beautiful. The possibilities with hair are endless and having a colour correction doesn't mean you have to have an all over flat brown!

Breaking up with your old hair.

Breaking up never has to be a bad thing, especially when it's breaking up your colour with a balyage! When Pauls client Charlotte came into salon she had a warm regrowth and lightened ends but wanted a new style. After their consultation together it was decided that her hair needed some depth and lightness (the perfect duo) and something just a little bit more sassy. After a few hours of having her hair done in the salon not only did her hair change but her whole image changed and we have so say we think she looks amazing!

Transform yourself with no limits.

Colour has revolutionised with Olaplex and now your possibilities are endless! Libby (pictured) is a technician in our Lowergoat lane salon and she has really had enough of her statement red hair that she's been rocking for so long. 

To start her transition over from red to blonde, she had her cleansed by fellow technician Chloe. Using blondor by Wella professional the red tone was released and her hair was coloured into a biscuit-tea tone. The tone was created with ColourTouch which is a semi permanent so after four weeks had passed her colour faded out and she was ready for her next service. 

With the introduction of Olapex, Paul Standen-May lifted her to the next level. With a soft root smudge and definition added around her perimeter. She was lifted to the base of a nine and toned to a cool but creamy finish with absolutely no damage!

When you just need to strip it back to natural

When Tessa's client came into the salon today her previous style had grown out and and she wanted change. After stressing that she wanted to go back to natural with her hair the plan was set in motion to get her there. After deciding she was going to use ColourTouch by Wella professional to add more shine to her client, Tessa Pre-pigged the hair to make sure there would be no khaki tones present and got her back to her beautiful glossy natural colour.
