It's just not worth the wait!

We live in a fast paced society where having to wait is becoming less of an issue for anything. Todays post is on hair extensions which we are increasingly doing a lot more of in salon! From keratin bonds which last up to 3 months, to tape ins that last a month, to installing wefts for special events Paul Standen-May is expanding and lengthening hair left right and centre! 

The biggest issue some of our clients are facing is having an issue with breakage at the front of the hair, this is mostly caused by using to much heat on the hair or it being finer and weaker..  Extensions are a great solution to this as they reduce the heat applied to weaker areas.

Colour build up control!

Feeling like you need to be lighter? 

When Ambers client came into the salon she had a lot of colour build up on her hair. With the intention of going lighter the only way to do it would be gradual. After finding out she had previously coloured her hair with box colours, the goal was set to cleanse her hair and apply a global application of product to create a brighter, glossier and healthier brunette. Using Blondor & ColorTouch by Wella professionals her hair was lightened and transformed into a rich & radiant chocolate with a chestnut glaze.  

(We would like to stress as a salon that it is very important to lift your hair gradually as 'stripping' colour and lightening your hair should be left to professionals to not compromise the condition)
